The Community Mental Health Transformation Programme is a partnership of NHS organisations, community and voluntary sector, Adult Social Care and service users and people with lived experience coming together to transform how primary and community mental health services are currently organised and delivered. Leeds Involving People host the Involvement Lead and her team.

The LIP Board
Our Board meet six times a year to set our strategic objectives. The board is made up of people with lived experience of health, social care and community services. Each board member is elected on a rotating basis by our membership.
