We’re really pleased to invite you to a special session with West Yorkshire Police, who will be joining the African Women’s Collective to talk about how to report a crime, what your rights are, and what support is available.
Many women in our community have told us they don’t always feel confident navigating the system or knowing what happens after a report is made. This session is designed to make things clearer and answer any questions.
We’ll cover:
When and how to report a crime
What happens after you make a report
Your rights as a victim or witness
How to stay safe and get support
How the police work with communities across Leeds
There will be time for questions and discussion.
As always, the session is relaxed and open to all African women in Leeds.
